Apply Now for 2026 Associate Sponsorship Program
Associates are able to connect with attendees while helping us deliver an exceptional conference experience.
There are five Sponsorship Levels available - four of which automatically include a booth in our Associates Showcase.
Each Sponsorship Level also offers a pool of exclusive targeted outreach opportunities that allow Associates to amplify their attendance, but remain within their preferred sponsorship tier.

A series of unique Add-On Sponsorship Opportunities are also available to help us keep VSSC costs low and the attendee experience high. All add-ons are exclusive unless noted.
These a la carte Add-Ons are open to all Associate Sponsors (regardless of Sponsorship Level). However, the cost will be taken into consideration when reviewing the Associate’s final overall Sponsorship Level.
Associate Drawing
We welcome contributions of special items to be given away at during our Associates Reception in the Exhibit Hall.
Examples of past special items include rocking chairs, bottles of wine, and retail store gift cards.
The Associate Drawing Form will be distributed to all registered Associates in mid-October.
